Membership

Become a part of the Hon. William C. Conner Inn of Court and join a community dedicated to excellence in intellectual property law.

The goal of the Conner Inn is to promote interaction among judges, lawyers, academicians, and law students and to advance the education of its members in the field of intellectual property law.

Membership provides opportunities to participate in educational programs, professional development, mentoring, and meaningful interaction with members of the judiciary and the intellectual property community.

The membership year runs from July 1 through June 30. Members are expected to attend at least five programs during the membership year. All Conner Inn events, except the Annual Dinner, are included with membership dues.

Membership at the Conner Inn

Education

Participate in programs designed to advance knowledge and understanding of intellectual property law and developments affecting the profession.

Professional Connections

Build relationships with judges, practitioners, academicians, law students, and other members of the intellectual property community.

Fellowship & Mentoring

Engage with fellow Inn members through programs, events, mentoring opportunities, and activities that foster professionalism and collegiality.

Membership Expectations

If invited to join the Conner Inn:

  • Members agree to pay the applicable annual dues for their membership category.
  • Members agree to attend at least five programs during the Conner Inn's membership year.
  • All Conner Inn events, except the Annual Dinner, are included with membership dues.

Membership Application

Membership applications are accepted for the membership year running from July 1 through June 30 .

Please Note: The membership categories and corresponding dues amounts are provided as a general indication of the dues that may be required if an application is approved. The Membership Chair, not the applicant, determines the appropriate membership category. The Membership Chair will notify applicants of the decision on admission and, if admitted, the applicable membership category.
